Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Midnight Ivy. If you find you are not in love with your purchase, we offer store credit for the value of any approved merchandise within 14 days of receiving your order. After 14 days items become final sale.

• Items must be in NEW condition with tags still attached, be unworn and unwashed. 

 

All sale items, gift cards, hats, hair accessories, and body suits are FINAL SALE. 

 

We do not offer price adjustments for previously purchased items. 

 

Midnight Ivy has the right to refuse any items being returned if the item does not meet our requirements listed above. 

 

Store credit will be issued via email provided. Please allow 5-8 business days for Midnight Ivy to receive and process your return. Shipping costs are not refundable. Midnight Ivy is not responsible for items/packages lost or stolen in the mail.
